The remaining survivors begin to erratically jump through time after the island is moved. Jack and Ben begin their quest to reunite the Oceanic Six. Hurley and Sayid are ambushed at the safehouse.

The Lie:

Hurley and Sayid are on the run from the cops. Hurley confesses that the Oceanic Six have been lying. The island survivors are attacked by armed men. Ben learns that he only has seventy hours to reunite the Oceanic Six and return them to the island.

Four years after Abu Fayed’s reign of terror, CTU has been disbanded by forces inside the government. Jack Bauer is facing questions in a Senate hearing for actions he took in the pursuit of justice in addition to being fingered as the fall guy for all of CTU’s mistakes. The FBI’s counterterrorism squad learns of a plot to cripple the nation’s computer infrastructure when they figure out that security expert Michael Latham has been kidnapped. Jack is enlisted to help the FBI pursue the plotters, because of his personal knowledge.
